Shipments

As soon as an order comes in, it will be processed. Each product, on the other hand, can contain a different delivery time. This will be communicated with the product in question, with the product status to be more precise.

We want to make it clear that Airsoft Weapons or replicas will not be shipped. This is laid down by Belgian law. We are strict about this, and do not do shipments that are broken up into parts.

We try to keep delivery times as short as possible. Ordered before 4 pm will be delivered the next day. However, this does not always go well, and we mention that it can take 1-3 days for your shipment to arrive.

We ship via Bpost, and will later try to expand our shipping methods with more options.

You can choose:

  • shipping to your home
  • Shipping to a post office or postal point
  • Shipment to a machine
  • International shipments

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • For Belgium: 6.90 Euro
  • For the Netherlands: 8 Euro
  • International: 15 Euro
  • Returns: 6.90 euros

All amounts are Incl. VAT

Returns

 
Customers may return most Products for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, in the original, complete retail packaging and with a copy of proof of purchase. Shooting products (All applicable Airsoft weapons) can only be returned in unopened condition (In store), while wearable items such as T-shirts and Gear can only be returned in new condition. Planet Airsoft reserves the right to refuse returns with wear, abuse or damage. The refund will try to use the same payment method as the original payment. If this is not possible, a bank transfer will take place.
 
 
 
Return of my order
 
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you - with the exception of the courier, have physically taken possession of the product.
 
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must let us know that you want to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post or e-mail). You can use the draft withdrawal form (PDF) or the return slip for this, but you are under no obligation to do so.
 
To meet the withdrawal period, you must send your notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
 
 
 
Return costs
 
You can return for free as long as the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product.
 
We believe in the principle of discovering and buying. Instead of extensively ordering and returning products online, you can try out the (non) shooting products in our physical store at Donderheide 3. We therefore ask you to return the product to our physical store at Donderheide 3.
 
If you are not able to visit our store, the cost of shipping with your return is at your own expense, unless you send a return because you received a wrong or damaged item. Returns are at your own risk. This means that Planet Airsoft is not liable for damaged or lost items that have been returned. Make sure that you always send the return shipment in such a way that it is traceable and keep the Track & Trace code carefully.
 
 
 
Step-by-step plan for return
 
Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your article. Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or have you made a mistake? No problem at all. You have the right to return the item or to withdraw the order within 14 days of receipt.
 
 

Follow the steps below to return your item (s) quickly and easily.

Step 1: Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging (as far as reasonably possible).

Step 2: Indicate in your account that you want to make a return shipment.

  • Log in to your account
  • Search for the relevant order and choose view
  • At the bottom right, under the overview, click on Return items
  • Choose which products and the quantity will be returned
  • Fill in the requested information
  • Done, then press send

Fill in the enclosed return form and deliver it with your order.

Step 3: Take the return to the nearest post office and keep the proof until we confirm the return.

Step 4: The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. This is because Planet Airsoft gives you the opportunity to try out the products in-store before purchasing them online. Unless you send a return because you have received a wrong or damaged item. In this case, we will provide the return label

Step 5: When the return has been received and processed, you will automatically receive a refund (the full purchase amount including any standard shipping costs, depending on whether you are returning the entire order.) To the account you used for the payment. In any case, you will receive the refund no later than 14 days after we have received the returned products.

When can I return an order?

You can return an order if you meet the following conditions:

You withdraw the contract within 14 days (without giving reasons). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has physical possession of the good.

Item must be returned unworn and in its original condition with all original labels and packaging.

 

When will my return be processed?

After you have sent your return and we have received your return in good condition, the item's status will change to "returned processed". It may take a few days after your return to be processed, but the full purchase amount will in any case be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

 


Can I exchange an item?

It is not possible to exchange an item for another item. You can always return your item if it meets the return conditions and then order the desired item again if it is available.
